In 1888, McMaster founded Moulton Ladies' College, a private girls' school in Toronto, Ontario.

Biography Susan Moulton was born 10 September 1819 in Glenville, Connecticut and was baptized as a Baptist at a young age. She was educated at local schools before attending Ipswich Seminary.
