Robert Stephen Bickerstaff Jr. (April 15, 1946 – October 4, 2019) was an American lawyer, legal scholar, expert on redistricting, and book author.
Bickerstaff attended the University of Texas at Austin (BA, 1968) and the University of Texas School of Law (JD). He was on active duty as a first lieutenant in the United States Air Force (1971–1973). He served as Parliamentarian of the Senate of Texas (1975–1976) He is also the author or co-author of two books of legal analysis published by the Texas Legislative Council,
