About Rostislav Yankovsky

Lived 1930 – 2016 (aged 86). Rostislav Yankovsky was a Russian and Belarusian actor, stage actor and film actor.

Rostislav Ivanovich Yankovsky (; ; ; and debuted in the Tajik theatre in 1951. Since 1957, he worked in the Minsk Drama Theatre. Yankovsky was named a People's Artist of the USSR in 1978. He is the older brother of the more famous Oleg Yankovsky.

He died in Minsk on 26 June 2016 in Minsk, Belarus, aged 86.
