Ralph William Howard (17 May 1931 – 19 December 2013) was an Australian politician, serving in the Victorian Legislative Council for Templestowe Province from 1976 to 1982. He also worked as a medical practitioner and business executive.
Biography He was born in Melbourne to carpenter William Howard and Hazel Ralph. He was educated at Balwyn and Box Hill before attending Scotch College and then Melbourne University, where he received a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Science.
