Raeda Saadeh

Raeda Saadeh (; born 1977) is a Palestinian artist. She won the 2000 "The Young Artist of the Year Award," by the A. M. Qattan Foundation.

Life She was born in Umm al-Fahm, a Palestinian-populated city in the North of Israel. She received her BFA and MFA from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem. She studied at the School of Visual Arts.

She lives and works in Jerusalem. Abu Hatoum Narouz, writing for American Quarterly, argues that " Saadeh's work not only subverts the hegemonic visual dominance of the Israeli state but offers a context for thinking through visual liberation and sovereignty."

Her work is in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, Fonds régional d'art contemporain de Lorraine, and Le Magasin.
