Club career He made his debut for FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt in April 2013, in a 1–0 defeat against VfB Stuttgart II.
On 5 June 2023, Klewin signed a two-year contract with VfB Lübeck.
On 13 July 2024, Klewin moved to Hansa Rostock.
