Paul Moore (1886 – December 19, 1959) was an American businessman and founder of Republic Aviation.
Early life Moore was born in 1886 and was the son of William Henry "Judge" Moore. He went to St. Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire.
Moore consolidated the gains made by his father during the "Great Merger Movement" at the turn of the 20th century. He reorganized Seversky Aircraft to form Republic Aviation in 1939 in Farmingdale, Long Island. He was a director and executive board member for Republic Aviation. She was also the first female director of the Episcopal Church Foundation. They had two daughters and two sons.
He was a member of the Links Club, the Morris County Golf Club, and the Myopia Hunt Club.
Moore died on December 19, 1959, at his home in Convent Station, Morris Township, New Jersey.
