Neven Šimac (6 December 1943 – 4 June 2025) was a Croatian lawyer and translator.
Life and career Šimac graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb (1965) and received his doctorate in 1971 from the French University of Paris II. He was an advisor (2000–2004) to the governments of the Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland in the process of accession to the European Union.
