Musawenkosi Saurombe was a Zimbabwean university teacher and academic.

Musawenkosi Donia Saurombe is a Zimbabwean professor of industrial psychology. In 2017, at 23 years old, she became the youngest female to receive a PhD in Africa.

Education Musawenkosi Saurombe was homeschooled by her mother from an early stage, which assisted during her primary and high school career. She obtained her high school certificate at the age of 15 from Legae Academy High School. She obtained her bachelor's degree at age 19, and her doctorate in industrial psychology at age 23, both at North-West University, in South Africa.

Career Saurombe served as a postdoctoral research fellow at North-West University, and was later a senior lecturer at the University of the Free State, in Bloemfontein.
