Professional career After finishing his collegiate career in 2024, Brennan turned professional. During the 2025 PGA Tour Americas season, Brennan won three titles and led the tour's point list, securing promotion to the Korn Ferry Tour in 2026.
In October 2025, Brennan received a sponsor exemption to play in the Bank of Utah Championship on the PGA Tour. This was his first PGA Tour start as a professional. He shot a 7-under 64 in the third round to establish a two-stroke lead. He closed with a 66 to win by four strokes over Rico Hoey. With the win, Brennan bypassed the Korn Ferry Tour and immediately earned membership on the PGA Tour. He also became the first player since Jim Benepe in the 1988 Western Open to win in his first start as a professional on the PGA Tour. The victory moved Brennan up to 43rd in the Official World Golf Ranking, after starting the year at 681st. Brennan had an average driving distance of during the tournament and gained 7.6 strokes off the tee, which was the most strokes gained in a single tournament in that category during the 2025 PGA Tour season.
Brennan was one of 14 players who made the cut at all four major championships in 2026; his best finish was a tie for 24th at the 2026 Masters Tournament.
In August 2026, Brennan won the Wyndham Championship for his second PGA Tour victory. He finished at 22-under 258, winning by three strokes over Beau Hossler. Brennan birdied five consecutive holes on the front nine in the final round to turn a one-shot deficit into a three-shot lead. Brennan secured the win and a FedEx Cup playoffs berth with a birdie on the 18th hole.
