Mark Edwin Andrews (October 17, 1903 – August 22, 1992) was an American oil executive, who also served as an official in the United States Department of the Navy. He is the founder of Ancon Oil & Gas.
Biography Andrews was born in Houston. In 1965, he published a book, Law vs. Equity in the "Merchant of Venice". He also authored books on his experiences with the Navy and on the oil business.
Following a stroke, Andrews died at his home on Houston on August 22, 1992. He was 88 years old.
