Biography Nieto was born in Los Andes in 1890, the son of Juan Nieto and Teresa Cacciuttolo.
Political career Running as an independent, he was elected deputy for the 6th Departamental Grouping, serving during the 1933β1937 legislative period.
During his term in the Chamber of Deputies, he served as Second Vice President of the Chamber between 22 May 1934 and 22 May 1935 and was a member of the Standing Committee on National Defense.
