Ma Yongwei (; August 1942 – 8 October 2024) was a Chinese banker and politician who served as president of China Insurance Regulatory Commission from 1998 to 2002.
He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In 1966 he graduated from Liaoning University of Finance and Economics (now Dongbei University of Finance and Economics).
