Liu Qiang (; born March 1971) is a Chinese banker and politician, currently serving as party secretary of Jinan since March 2022.

He is a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and an alternate of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.

Early life and education Liu was born in Haiyuan County, Ningxia, in March 1971. He graduated from the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
