Li Genshen (; July 1930 – 9 October 2015) was a Chinese politician who served as party secretary of Harbin from 1985 to 1991.
He was a member of the 13th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was chosen as vice chairperson of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress in 1992, serving in the post until his retirement in March 1996.
On 9 October 2015, he died from an illness in Harbin, Heilongjiang, at the age of 85.
