Len Cabral is an American storyteller who was awarded the Circle of Excellence in 2001 by the National Storytelling Network after being recognized by his peers as a master storyteller.
Biography Cabral, whose grandparents came from Cape Verde, was born in North Providence, Rhode Island, on 24 April 1948. In the early 1970s, he worked in a day care center, where he realised the power of storytelling to entertain children and to teach them how to listen and communicate. firstly within New England, as well yarns from his own life. He performs at storytelling festivals across the country and is a regular performer at the National Storytelling Festival.
