Kim Young-hoon (; born 1968) is a South Korean labor activist and politician who has served as the country's minister of employment and labor since July 2025.
Early life and education Kim was born in 1968 in Busan, South Korea. He graduated from Masan Central High School and studied Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Animal Science at Dong-A University. He later took Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science at the Graduate School of NGO Studies at Sungkonghoe University.
