Kazuya Yamada (, born 27 September 2001) is a Japanese speed-skater.

Career Yamada competed at the 2023 Winter World University Games and won a gold medal in the team pursuit and 1000 metress, with a time of 1:12.38. He also won silver medals in the 500 metres and 1500 metres.

During World Cup 1 of the 2025–26 ISU Speed Skating World Cup on 15 November 2025, he set a Japanese record in the 1500 metres with a time of 1:42.25. In January 2026, he was selected to represent Japan at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Personal life Yamada's older brother, Masaya, is a former speed skater.
