Kate Hermann (1903–2007) In 1938 she moved to Edinburgh to study at the Royal Infirmary under Professor Norman Dott.
Dr Hermann resided in Newington and The Grange while in Edinburgh. She had moved to Colinton Care Home in Spylaw Road, Merchiston in 2002 and died there in 2007 in the Scottish Holocaust-era Study Centre , and also looks at the contribution they made to Scottish society. This includes the contribution of Kate Hermann.
