Karolina Bosiek (born 20 February 2000) is a Polish speed skater. She competed in the women's 3000 metres at the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Career In 2019, she won silver medals in the 1500 meters event and the general classification, as well as bronze medals in the 1000 meters and the 3000 meters events at the World Junior Speed Skating Championships held in Baselga di Pine, Italy.
