Julio Silva Rivas (4 April 1876 – 29 January 1951) was a Chilean politician and engineer who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member and director of the Liberal Party, he represented San Felipe, Los Andes and Putaendo from 1918 to 1921. He studied engineering at the University of Chile. Outside politics, he served as manager of the Sociedad Explotadora del Loa from 1910 to 1915 and was founder and director of the Compañía Morococala and Sociedad Punitaqui.
