Joshua Alan Powell (born 9 January 2005) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left back for EFL League Two club Northampton Town on loan from club Nottingham Forest.
Career After playing for Nottingham Forest, he moved on loan to Colchester United in August 2025. He described the move as a "massive opportunity", and made his professional debut on 12 August 2025, in the EFL Cup. Having made fourteen appearances across the first half of the season, he was recalled on 2 January 2026. Later that month he signed on loan for Fleetwood Town.
On 1 September 2026, he moved to Northampton Town on a season-long loan.
