José Miguel Binimelis Urízar (1868 – 1944) was a Chilean politician and physician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Radical Party, he represented Quillota and Limache from 1918 to 1921 and served on the Permanent Public Assistance and Worship Commission. He studied medicine at the University of the State and qualified as a physician and surgeon in 1892. He practiced medicine in Quillota, where he founded the Hospital San Martín, and later worked for 35 years in Santiago.
