Joaquín del Tránsito Díaz Garcés (15 August 1870 – 26 December 1935) was a Chilean politician and farmer who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he represented Laja, Nacimiento and Mulchén from 1918 to 1921 and served on the Permanent Public Assistance and Worship Commission. A supporter of President José Manuel Balmaceda, he fought on the Balmacedist side during the Chilean Civil War of 1891, participating in the battles of Concón and Placilla as captain of the 1st Company of the Nacimiento Mobilized Battalion. He was elected mayor of Negrete in 1903 and was also a prominent farmer in the Biobío and Araucanía regions.
