Harold Montague Bulling (29 December 18909 November 1933) was an English footballer who made 199 appearances in the Football League for Nottingham Forest. He also played in the Southern League for Watford. Bulling served as a private in the King's Regiment (Liverpool) during the First World War and won the Military Medal during the course of his service.
