Glenda Dela Cruz-Victorio (born February 14, 1997), better known as Miss Glenda, is a Filipino businesswoman and social media personality. She is the founder and chief executive officer of Brilliant Skin Essentials, a Philippine beauty and skincare company.
Early life and career Dela Cruz grew up in Morong, Rizal. She was raised by her grandmother after her father died and her mother left when she was two years old. At 12, she became the family's breadwinner and started working to be able to support them. She started reselling items on the internet, has mentioned the help she received from her grandmother and other family members.
Dela Cruz also joined local beauty pageants in her barangay. She later auditioned for ABS-CBN's reality show Pinoy Big Brother but was not selected as a housemate. She lost her job as a virtual assistant after the management of an international company discovered that she was underage. The company grew from her online reselling business into a network of franchisees and distributors. In 2020, Brilliant Skin Essentials recorded 46 authorized franchisees and 705 authorized distributors. The company has two factories, located in Bulacan and Morong.
Dela Cruz hosted the Brilliant Awards 2023: Brightest of All Time at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. Franchisees and distributors from different parts of the Philippines attended the event. The annual awards ceremony of the top franchise holders of the region was held by Dela Cruz, together with actor Alden Richards, where Andrea Brillantes, 4th Impact, Kean Cipriano and Juan Karlos Labajo performed. There have also been partnerships between Dela Cruz and Filipino celebrities using Brilliant Skin Essentials, one of them is Kim Chiu. Dela Cruz was also named an ambassador for TikTok shop in the Philippines. The company has also held events for its franchisees, distributors and business partners. She held a meet-and-greet with franchisees, distributors and sellers of Brilliant Skin Essentials in Malaysia.
In June 2024, Dela Cruz revealed plans for her business in hospitality, manufacturing, construction, health care, petroleum, and real estate. She revealed plans to market Brilliant Skin Essentials in Indonesia. Her plans for expansion of her businesses also included real estate development in Dubai.
Awards and recognition Dela Cruz and her businesses have received several awards. In 2018, Gawad Award Amerika in Hollywood recognized her as the Youngest Filipino CEO in the Field of Cosmetics and Skin Care. In 2024, she was recognized at the Inspiring Women Excellence Awards. According to Dela Cruz, she was hospitalized after suffering a stroke and pneumonia. In an interview, she later spoke about her experiences in the Intensive care unit.
In 2022, Dela Cruz complaints regarding cyber libel and unjust vexation cases against vlogger Rosmar Tan at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office. She alleged that Tan's online posts had affected her and her family members, which caused her to file cases. In 2026, Dela Cruz denied rumors that accused her of having any relation with politician and businessman Zaldy Co. Dela Cruz said that they never met and were not involved in politics.
