Biography Francis Osborne was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 28, 1853. He attended Davidson College before reading law for 2 years in the offices of Richmond Mumford Pearson, Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
Francis Osborne died at his home in Charlotte on January 20, 1920.
