Emilio Claro Cruz (21 July 1865 – 25 January 1929) was a Chilean politician, lawyer, farmer, miner and industrialist who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Conservative Party, he represented Temuco and Imperial from 1906 to 1909, Temuco, Imperial and Llaima from 1912 to 1918, and La Laja, Nacimiento and Mulchén from 1918 to 1921. During his final term, he served on the Permanent Finance Commission. He studied law at the University of Chile and qualified as a lawyer in 1884. Outside politics, he worked as a lawyer in Valdivia and was active in mining, industry and agriculture, including as owner of the San Rafael mine at Sierra Gorda in Antofagasta Province.
