Born 1953. Eduard Pereverzev is a Russian hurdler.

Eduard Pavlovich Pereverzev (; born 21 May 1953) is a retired Soviet athlete who specialised in the sprint hurdles. He won two medals in the 60 metres hurdles at the European Indoor Championships and a silver medal in the 110 metres hurdles at the 1975 Summer Universiade.
