Career Born in Surubim, Pernambuco, Diego Renan made his professional debut for Cruzeiro in a 1-1 away draw to Ituiutaba in the Campeonato Mineiro on March 27, 2008.
On 4 January 2017, after the expiration of his contract with Cruzeiro, Diego Renan signed with Chapecoense.
