Constance Lara Colline Picaud (born 5 July 1998) is a French professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Women's Super League club West Ham United and the France national team.
Club career On 16 July 2021, Picaud joined Paris Saint-Germain on a three-year deal until June 2024. On 28 June 2024, she joined Fleury on a one-year contract. On 27 May 2026, Women's Super League club West Ham United announced the signing of Picaud on a three-year contract.
International career Picaud is a former France youth international. She received her first call-up to the senior team in February 2021. She made her debut for the team on 18 February 2023 in a 5–1 win against Uruguay.
Picaud was called up to the France squad for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup. In July 2024, she was named in France's squad for the 2024 Olympics. In June 2025, she was named in the squad for the UEFA Women's Euro 2025.
