In April 2026, Sarwie was part of the winning squad at the U23 European Competition, having been awarded Player of the Match in the semi-final victory over the Netherlands. In May and July 2026, Sarwie was called back up to the under-20 squad for U-20 World Cup preparation camps in Spain and the United States. On 21 August 2026, Sarwie was officially called up to represent England at the tournament.
