Brian O'Neal Jenkins (born March 4, 1971) is an American football coach. He is the head football coach for Edward Waters University, a position he has held since 2025. Jenkins served as the head football coach at Bethune–Cookman University from 2010 to 2014 and as the head football coach at Alabama State University from 2015 to 2017. His team completed the 2010 season with a record of 10 wins and 2 losses. In his first year, his team was declared the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference co-champions and the team qualified for the 2010 NCAA Division I Football Championship Series playoffs.
