Bálint György Ruff (born 1981) is a Hungarian lawyer, television presenter, political analyst, and politician. He has served as deputy prime minister of Hungary and Minister of the Prime Minister's Office in the Magyar Government since its formation in May 2026. He formerly hosted the political analysis show Vétó on Partizán.
Education Bálint György Ruff obtained a law degree at the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University, while simultaneously studying philosophy at Eötvös Loránd University. During his studies, he was affiliated with the for Advanced Studies.
He became widely known through his media appearances. Between 2021 and 2024, he hosted podcasts on platforms operated by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and Magyar Jeti Zrt.
Personal life He is married and has three children.
