Al Jackson was an american football player.
Alfonza Jackson (born September 7, 1971) is an American former professional football cornerback who played for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs.
Early life Alfonza Jackson was born on September 7, 1971, in Pensacola, Florida. He attended Pine Forest High School in Pensacola.
Professional career Jackson returned to the University of Georgia for the 1993 semester to finish his criminal justice degree.
On February 15, 1995, Jackson was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars with the 13th pick in the 1995 NFL expansion draft. He won the team's nickelback job for the 1995 season. In the Jaguars' system, the nickelback was the fifth defensive back on the depth chart, not a starter. Jackson became a free agent again after the 1996 season and was not re-signed by the Jaguars.
