Adéla

Adéla Jergová (born 27 November 2003) is a Slovak singer, songwriter and dancer. She rose to prominence as a contestant in the 2023 reality show Dream Academy, which concluded with the formation of the girl group Katseye. Her debut single, "Homewrecked", was released independently on 13 September 2024. In 2025, she signed with Capitol Records and issued her debut extended play (EP), The Provocateur. She is expected to release her debut studio album Prima on 4 September 2026.

Early life Adéla Jergová was born on 27 November 2003, in Bratislava, Slovakia. She began taking ballet lessons in Moscow, Russia, starting when she was three years old. She has stated that watching the American teen sitcom Hannah Montana at three years old inspired her to become a singer. Adéla has described being online as a child as having "Americanized" her and introducing her to more liberal ideas, which made her feel alienated from Slovak society. During the first challenge, she performed a group dance to the Blackpink song "Pink Venom" and was one of the first to be eliminated after receiving the fewest fan votes. She later described the competition as "the worst year of my life". Adéla's second single "Superscar" was released in October 2024. In 2024, she attended college in Los Angeles for music. Its music video co-starred actress Sofia Wylie and featured a cameo from Grimes. In May 2025, Adéla announced that she had signed with Capitol Records.

The Provocateur, her debut extended play (EP), was released on 22 August 2025. Adéla delayed the release of The Provocateur by a week to include the song's closing track, "FinallyApologizing." Along with the release of her EP, she released the single "SexOnTheBeat" with a music video featuring a cameo from Christina Aguilera. The music video was followed in September 2025 by a choreography-only video. She performed on her first tour, The ProvocaTour, in October 2025.

During April and May 2026, she performed as the opening act for Demi Lovato's It's Not That Deep Tour. She released her single "KGB" the same month. The day after her final performance for the It's Not That Deep Tour, Adéla announced a new headlining tour of her own, the Red Bottoms tour, set to begin in late August 2026. Following the release of the single "Ain't in LA" in July 2026, she announced the release of her debut album, Prima, which is expected to release on 4 September 2026. In August 2026, Adéla performed at Lollapalooza. Her set gained praise from several outlets.

Artistry Adéla's music is classified as pop. She has described her lyrics, which often tackle her sexual expression, as "exaggerated" and "over-the-top" versions of the events of her life.
